1. Enrollment in the Program

To begin the enrollment process, Publisher must submit a complete application through quickthinkdotcom.in/offers. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Publisher Responsibilities

• Publisher must ensure that all information submitted to QuickThinkDotCom.in is accurate and current.
• Publisher shall not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive advertising practices.
• Publisher is solely responsible for the development, content, and maintenance of their website, traffic sources, or promotional methods.
• Publisher shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines when promoting QuickThinkDotCom.in offers.

3. Company Rights & Obligations

• QuickThinkDotCom.in reserves the right to monitor Publisher activities for compliance.
• The Company may suspend or terminate Publisher's participation at any time for violations of this Agreement.
• QuickThinkDotCom.in may modify, pause, or discontinue any offer or campaign at its sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

• Publisher will be paid in accordance with the applicable campaign payout model (CPL, CPC, CPA, CPS, or other).
• Payments shall be made after validation of traffic and leads, subject to Company approval.
• Payments will be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved methods.
• QuickThinkDotCom.in reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments for invalid, fraudulent, or non-compliant traffic.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Publisher shall not:

• Generate leads or clicks using bots, scripts, or other fraudulent techniques.
• Use misleading ads, forced clicks, or incentivized traffic without prior approval.
• Place ads on adult, obscene, or illegal content websites.
• Engage in spam email, SMS spam, or any unsolicited communication.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared by QuickThinkDotCom.in, including campaign details, pricing, and client information, shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
