Advertiser Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment

To begin the enrollment process, Advertiser must submit a complete application to QuickThinkDotCom.in Affiliate Network. The Company reserves the right to reject any application at its sole discretion.

2. Services Provided

QuickThinkDotCom.in Affiliate Network will provide advertising services through its network of affiliates and publishers. The Company may, at its sole discretion, modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Advertiser Responsibilities

• Advertiser shall ensure that all information provided to QuickThinkDotCom.in Affiliate Network is accurate and up to date.
• Advertiser is responsible for the content, legality, and accuracy of any advertisements submitted.
• Advertiser agrees not to engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.

4. Payment

• Advertiser shall pay QuickThinkDotCom.in Affiliate Network for advertising services in accordance with the agreed pricing model (CPL, CPC, CPA, or other).
• Payments must be made in a timely manner as per the invoice issued by QuickThinkDotCom.in Affiliate Network.
• The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of delayed or non-payment.

5. Term & Termination

• This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by either party with written notice.
• QuickThinkDotCom.in Affiliate Network may terminate this Agreement immediately in case of breach, fraud, or misuse by the Advertiser.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information obtained during the term of this Agreement and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

7. Liability Disclaimer

QuickThinkDotCom.in Affiliate Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of this Agreement. Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless QuickThinkDotCom.in Affiliate Network from any claims, damages, or expenses.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, India.
